采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对四十里湾海域(设置马山寨和石沟屯两个取样点)海水及贻贝Mytilus edulis、海湾扇贝Argopecten irradias、栉孔扇贝Chlamys gloriosa和牡蛎Ostrea gigas thunberg等贝类样品中氨基脲含量分别进行检测。本方法氨基脲的线性范围为0.5μg/L~20.0μg/L,相关系数大于0.99。该研究所得的结果可为四十里湾海域贝类氨基脲污染的净化提供数据支持。
The seawater and mussel Mytilus edulis, Argopecten irradias, Chlamys gloriosa and oyster Ostrea gigas were screened by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (MS-MS / MS) thunberg and other shellfish samples of semicarbazide content were tested. The linear range of this method for semicarbazide is 0.5μg / L ~ 20.0μg / L, the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99. The results obtained in this study can provide data support for the purification of semicarbazide contamination in the Silurian Bay waters.
