传统的体育教育体制中,跳远教学一般是以单项动作的难易程度为依据,从简至繁分项进行。这种传统的教学顺序原则上是正确的,但从跳远教学整体最优化方面来看仍缺少对跳远动作结构、项目联系及理论学习关系的思考。本研究将“结构—定向”教学理论引入体育院系跳远课的教学当中,并结合现代教育信息技术、跳远教学理论与方法等多方面的研究成果,采用理论研究与实验研究相结合的途径,探讨跳远普修课教学的新方法。
