随着我国市场经济的快速发展,人力资源管理模式需要不断的创新与发展。本文通过对目前我国人力资源管理的现状进行综合分析,总结出了当前我国人力资源管理存在的主要问题,提出了人力资源管理创新与发展的措施。为我国人力资源管理发展提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of market economy in our country, human resources management mode needs constant innovation and development. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of human resource management in our country, this paper summarizes the main problems in current human resource management in our country and puts forward the measures of innovation and development of human resource management. It provides a theoretical reference for the development of human resource management in our country.
