作为师范专业的一个分类,师范类汉语言文学专业是一门专业特色强,专业分工明显、历史时间长的专业。20c末期,我国师范类院校出现了重组构建,师范类专业也受到了一定程度的影响,在教学质量与行为管理上出现了退步与滑坡,面对师范专业质量下降的问题,新的历史条件下应对汉语言文学专业师范技能的培养应该有新的变化与进步,在专业人才培养与社会师资需要上,汉语言文学专业的师范技能仍有许多不足与需要改进的地方,我们现将汉语言文学专业师范技能的现状进行分析,在师资力量、教学水平、课程内容与学生评价等诸多方面进行找寻问题,在现状中总结问题,并进行改进,找到最正确的教学改进方法。
As a classification of normal majors, normal Chinese language and literature major is a professional with strong professional characteristics, clear division of labor and long history. In the late period of 20c, the reorganization and construction of normal colleges and universities in our country appeared, and the teaching of normal majors was also affected to a certain extent. There was a regression and decline in the teaching quality and behavior management. In the face of the problem of the drop in the quality of teachers’ specialty, the new historical conditions There should be new changes and improvements in the training of Chinese language and literature under normal teacher skills. There are still many deficiencies in the training of Chinese language and literature and the need for improvement in the training of professionals and social teachers. The author analyzes the current situation of teachers’ skills in literature major, and finds out the problems in many aspects such as teacher’s strength, teaching level, curriculum content and student’s evaluation, summarizes the problems in the status quo and improves and finds the most correct method of teaching improvement.
