用聚合酶链反应技术扩增弓形虫B_1基因特定序列。对1726例孕妇外周血作弓形虫检测。结果:扩增产物琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析示片段长度为194bp,经Southern blot杂交鉴定其系靶序列,孕妇外周血弓形虫检出阳性率为1.04％。提示:B_1基因扩增是诊断弓形虫病的有效方法。孕妇弓形虫感染状况应引起重视。
Amplification of Toxoplasma B_1 Gene Specific Sequence by Polymerase Chain Reaction. 1726 cases of pregnant women for the detection of Toxoplasma gondii. Results: The agarose gel electrophoresis analysis showed that the fragment length was 194bp. The target sequence was identified by Southern blot. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii in pregnant women was 1.04%. Tip: B_1 gene amplification is an effective method to diagnose toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasma pregnant women should pay attention to the status of infection.
