兰州石化通过“一把手”抓制度的独特做法,把企业先进的管理思想和文化理念融入制度,并通过员工执行制度让文化理念落地生根。近年来,兰州石化公司狠抓制度建设,对各种制度进行了认真修订、完善、归整,形成了行之有效的制度体系,同时强力推进制度宣贯和执行,企业迈进了制度管理的新阶段。近日,本刊特约记者专门访问了兰州石化公司总经理玄昌伟,从他的谈话中真切地感受到兰州石化“一把手”抓制度的独特做法和制度建设给这个老炼化企业带来的深刻变化。
