异汉防己甲素(以下简称异甲素)系双苄基异喹啉类生物硷。已报导汉防己甲素对大鼠实验性矽肺有一定疗效,临床上用汉防己甲素及异甲素治疗矽肺患者,发现病情有稳定趋势。为此,我们从贵州细叶十大功劳中提取的异甲素,对大鼠进行了实验性矽肺的疗效观察,目的是为寻求治疗矽肺新药物提供依据。兹将实验结果报告如下: 实验方法动物选择:选择体重180—220克雄性健康大鼠42只,随机分对照组、预防治疗组、病后治疗组。每组大鼠14只。粉尘:用含游离SiO_2>99%,分散度<5微米以下者占95%。粉尘对大鼠染尘预试验30
