目的 观察氟桂利嗪在急性脑梗死治疗中对脑循环动力学的影响。方法 对 38例急性脑梗死病人在进行该药治疗前后应用脑循环动力检测仪检测对照分析。结果 氟桂利嗪可以改善颈动脉的血液流量，降低脑循环阻抗。结论 氟桂利嗪可以有效减少神经功能缺损，达到治疗急性脑梗死的目的。
Objective To investigate the effects of flunarizine on cerebral circulation dynamics in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 38 patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after the treatment of the drug application of cerebral circulation power detector test control analysis. Flunarizine can improve the blood flow of carotid artery and reduce the cerebral circulation impedance. Conclusion Flunarizine can effectively reduce neurological deficits and achieve the purpose of treating acute cerebral infarction.
