设计一种基于嵌入式Linux的蓄电池组监测与均衡控制系统。采用LTC6802等电池专用管理器件,实现对蓄电池组电压、电流、容量及温度等参数实时在线监测及充放电均衡控制。并且移入嵌入式Linux操作系统,通过以太网将电池组参数及运行状态实时地传递到远程监控中心,保证系统安全运行。对锂电池组充放电测试结果表明,采用均衡控制,大大提高单体电池一致性和可靠性,延长了电池寿命,满足蓄电池组在通信、汽车、家用等领域的应用需求。“,”A smart battery monitor and balance system based on embedded Linux is presented. This system,consisted of special battery management device LTC6802,can be real-time online monitoring battery parameters of voltage,current,capacity and temperature,and achieving a balanced charge and discharge control. The battery parameters and running status can be transferred to the remote monitoring center in real time to ensure the safe operation of the system. Battery test results show that the balanced control greatly improves the consistency and reliability,and extends the battery lifetime. This system meets the application requirements in communications,automotive,home and other fields.
