武汉冶金建筑研究所与本溪钢铁公司共同在5号高炉(2000m~3)地得式外燃热风炉进行冷风均匀配气装置工业试验。1987年6~10月四座热风炉试验结果与前17个月操作结果比较,平均风温提高23℃左右,可节焦3.5kg/t铁,增产约1.15%,废气温度降低9℃左右,热风炉热效率提高约0.65%。全年经济效益可达154万元以上。冷模型的冷风均匀率由62.5%增至75.2%。 1988年8月5日冶金部科技司在本钢召开了此项技术的鉴定会,有来自企业、研究、设计、学院等18个单位42名代表到会,
