晶状体上皮细胞在手术和创伤后对外环境变化信号作出反应,发生表型和形态学改变、转录程序变化,向间充质细胞转化。伤口愈合反应过程中出现的晶状体上皮细胞增生以及向间充质细胞转化,通常最终导致机化瘢痕形成,而不是正常功能的晶状体纤维再生。创伤后囊袋的纤维化过程与不同区域的晶状体上皮的分化特性密切相关。本文综述了影响晶状体上皮细胞分化的主要生长因子调控通路,以及前部中央、赤道前区以及赤道穹隆区的晶状体上皮细胞,在向间充质细胞转化过程中的表现的差异。
The lens epithelial cells respond to changes in the external environment after surgery and trauma, undergo phenotypic and morphological changes, undergo transcriptional program changes, and transform into mesenchymal cells. Lamellar epithelial hyperplasia and transformation to mesenchymal cells that occur during wound healing reactions often ultimately lead to mechanized scarring rather than normal functional lens fiber regeneration. The process of fibrosis of the capsular bag is closely related to the differentiation of lens epithelium in different regions. This review summarizes the regulatory pathways governing the major growth factors that affect lens epithelial cell differentiation, as well as the differences in the appearance of lens epithelial cells in the anterior, equatorial, and equatorial regions during their transformation into mesenchymal cells.
