目的:了解单侧腮腺高能射线照射,对双侧唾液淀粉酶、总蛋白、唾液分泌量以及分泌细胞膜脆性影响。方法:大梅杂交猪6头,4头双侧腮腺导管造瘘后单侧腮腺照射作为照射组,对侧未照射腮腺为自身对照组;2头双侧腮腺单纯造瘘不照射为阴性对照组。放疗开始后定时收集6头造瘘动物唾液31d,观察初次照射30min内和24h后脱落细胞酸溶血变化。检测双侧唾液分泌量、淀粉酶、总蛋白各16次,采用SPSS 11.0软件处理数据q检验比较各指标差异情况。结果:实验组、自身对照组和阴性对照组唾液量分别为(16.63±13.12)、(39.03±13.14)和(23.52±6.01)mL,淀粉酶活性均值分别为(13 696.58±4 587.10)、(15 692.12±3 523.13)和(14 821.32±3 163.47)U/dL,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。总蛋白分别为(9.75±0.54)、(9.23±0.54)和(9.05±0.45)g/dL,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。初次照射后30min内、24h后双侧唾液内细胞膜脆性增加。结论:单侧腮腺照射,可影响同侧、对侧唾液淀粉酶和唾液分泌量以及唾液内细胞胞膜脆性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of unilateral parotid gland irradiation on amylase, total protein, salivary secretion and the fragility of secretory cell membrane in bilateral saliva. Methods: 6 male Damei crossbreed ducts and 4 bilateral parotid duct unilateral parotid gland irradiation as the irradiation group, contralateral unloaded parotid gland as their own control group; 2 bilateral parotid gland fistula without irradiation for the negative control group . After the start of radiotherapy, 6 masculine animal saliva were collected regularly for 31 days, and the changes of acidolysis of exfoliated cells within 30 minutes and 24 hours after initial irradiation were observed. Detection of bilateral saliva secretion, amylase, total protein each 16 times, the data using SPSS 11.0 software q test to compare the differences between the indicators. Results: The salivary volumes of experimental group, self-control group and negative control group were (16.63 ± 13.12), (39.03 ± 13.14) and (23.52 ± 6.01) mL, respectively. The mean amylase activities were (13 696.58 ± 4 587.10) 15 692.12 ± 3 523.13) and (14 821.32 ± 3 163.47) U / dL, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Total proteins were (9.75 ± 0.54), (9.23 ± 0.54) and (9.05 ± 0.45) g / dL, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Within 30min after initial irradiation, the fragility of the cell membrane in bilateral saliva increased after 24h. Conclusion: Unilateral parotid gland irradiation can affect ipsilateral and contralateral saliva amylase and salivary secretion and salivary membrane cellular fragility.
