目的比较不同的胰岛素给药方法,在糖尿病强化治疗中的疗效差异。方法将39例需强化治疗糖尿病患者分为两组:胰岛素泵持续皮下输注组(CSII)19例;分次皮下注射胰岛素组(MSI- I)20例。两组治疗目标血糖值均为空腹血糖<7.0ml/L,且餐后2h血糖<8.9ml/L。结果两组达相同血糖水平,CSII组所需治疗时间,胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论CSII组能有效模拟人体生理胰岛素分泌,更快、更有效控制高血糖,减少低血糖发生率。
Objective To compare the different methods of insulin administration in the intensive treatment of diabetes in the efficacy difference. Methods Thirty-nine patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing intensive therapy were divided into two groups: 19 patients undergoing sustained subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump (CSII) and 20 patients receiving subcutaneous injection of insulin (MSI-I). The two groups of target blood glucose were fasting blood glucose <7.0ml / L, and 2h postprandial blood glucose <8.9ml / L. Results The two groups had the same blood glucose level. The treatment time, insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia in CSII group were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion CSII group can effectively simulate physiological insulin secretion, faster and more effective control of hyperglycemia, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
