食品安全信息追溯系统是一种制度设计和技术设计的统一体。它的本质是对食品生产—流通—消费服务等过程的全程监管以及在此基础上实现的对商品信息和经营责任的追溯。当前我国自动跟踪与追溯体系还未在食品供应链全过程中应用,因此,缺乏完整的食品跟踪与追溯体系是我国食品安全最重要的问题之一。出口食品特别要完善“原料—辅料—半成品—成品—仓储、运输”的生产全过程产品追溯制度。当出口食品在国外被检出问题时,完善的追溯系统可以帮助我们迅速查清原因,制定出纠偏措施,防止类似事件的再发生。
Food safety information traceability system is a system design and technical design of the unity. Its essence is the full supervision of the process of food production, distribution and consumption service and the tracing of the commodity information and business responsibility based on it. At present, the automatic tracking and tracing system in our country has not been applied in the whole process of food supply chain. Therefore, the lack of a complete system of food tracking and traceability is one of the most important issues in food safety in China. In particular, export food to improve the “raw materials - accessories - semi-finished products - finished products - storage, transportation,” the whole process of product traceability system. When export food is detected in a foreign country, a sound retrospective system can help us to quickly find out the reasons and formulate corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.
