受中国石油天然气总公司思政办和物资装备总公司的委托,我们从1990年起,举办机械、物资及有关行业干部培训班,截止目前,已举办政工干部培训班6期,经济理论培训班11期,共培训来自16个油田44个单位的学员536名.由于各级领导的重视,学员们的刻苦学习,使培训取得了良好效果,进一步提高了学员的理论素质,加深了对改革开放一系列方针政策的理解;开阔了视野,增强了解决实际问题的能力.办学实践表明,搞好新形势下的干部培训,必须强化“四个意识”.明确培训目标几年来,我们始终把坚持社会效益第一,高标准为石油工业发展多培养干部作为办学目标,紧密围绕改革开放对石油干部的要求搞好培训.坚持高标准的培训目标,在培训内容上,坚持了有用性和新颖性;在培训的管理上,坚持了严谨和周到.高标准培训目标的确立,既是我们的初衷,也是办班实践对我们促使的结果.一段时间,由于企业转换经营机制等因素的影响,出现了派人难的局面,最少的一期仅有19人.对此,我们分析认为:第一,这个班是总公司委托我们办的,只能办好,没有理由办不好或者中途停办;第二,我们先后对8个油田的43个单位、部门及137名学员进行了回访调研,直接听取了学员及学员单位的反映,他们都对培训班予以肯定,并给了很高评价,使我们对继续办好培训班增强
