多数机械加工设备的传动部件没有补偿装置,为了有效地消除机械加工设备的进给丝杠传动间隙,以满足不同的加工方式和产品质量要求。结合维修实践,介绍一种新的补偿结构如图所示。该结构原理是通过防松螺母1来消除传动间隙。操作时,经由顺时针方向转动丝杠2,侧面“a”和螺母侧面“b”接触;与此同时,螺母被压靠在台肩上“C”。调整防松螺母3,使螺母侧面“d”被压靠住丝杠侧面“e”上;贝氏垫圈4在两个螺母和丝杠之间起缓冲作用。当反向转动丝杠时,还有间隙,则重调防松螺3,直到没间隙或间隙甚微为止;并保持手动全程轻松无卡住现象。否则仍需继续重调防松螺母3至符合要求。本结构用于镗、铣床改造,其技术经济效果良
