随着公开招聘工作的推进,濮阳市县乡基层事业单位逐渐出现了招人困难、流失严重等问题。这些问题的出现,即有用人单位设置招聘条件过高的主观原因,又有基层事业单位工作人员工资待遇低、工作环境差以及发展空间小等客观原因。解决招人难、留人难问题,既要充分运用招聘政策,优化选人机制。又要提高工作人员待遇,创新晋升机制、完善服务机制,优化用人环境。
With the promotion of open recruitment, Puyang City, county and township grass-roots institutions gradually emerged difficulties in hiring, loss and other serious problems. The emergence of these problems means that the employing units set the subjective reasons for the high hiring conditions and the objective reasons for the low wages, the poor working environment and the small development space for staff in grass-roots public institutions. To solve the problem of recruiting people and keeping hardship, we must make full use of recruitment policies and optimize the election mechanism. We must also improve staff treatment, innovation promotion mechanism, improve service mechanism, optimize employment environment.
