我国小学教师继续教育第一轮培训工作即将全面结束,在肯定所取得成绩的基础上,认真总结经验,反思小学教师继续教育的教学模式、课程设置、教材建设及培训者队伍的建设是十分必要的,也是十分及时的。本文拟就培训者队伍建设谈一点看法。我国小学教师继续教育培训者队伍现状目前我国小学教师继续教育的培训主体是中等师范学校和教师进修学校。培训类型分为骨干教师培训和教师职务培训两种形式。培训方法基本上是以脱产面授为主,保证一定学时。这种做法对于现有小学教师队伍状况有一定的针对性和实用性。但是我们也应当清醒地看到,作为培训主体的中等师范学校及教师进修学校一般还没有一支专门的、专业的或者完全配套的“培训者”队伍。事实上,近几年中等师范学校正忙着探索三级师范向二级师范的过渡改革,布
