交联聚苯乙烯(SDB)具有很好的耐辐射性,本研究通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和气相色谱等测试手段,观察了SDB受辐射后化学结构及微观形貌的变化,探讨了射线对其的作用机理。实验发现:随着吸收剂量的增大,SDB颜色逐渐变黄且随吸收剂量增大颜色加深,单位质量样品的增重百分比也随之增大;在空气中辐照后的SDB出现C=O和C—O基团;样品的表观形貌变化不大,这与其辐射稳定性有关;测得空气气氛下辐解气体产物组分中,以CO2含量为最高,其次是H2,CO和CH4,C2H6含量最低。对各种气体生成的变化规律进行了分析,发现空气中的氧在辐照中参与反应形成过氧化物,并对SDB辐照所产生的几种过氧化物存在形式进行了推断和研究。
Cross-linked polystyrene (SDB) has good radiation resistance. In this study, the chemical structure and morphology of SDB after irradiation were observed by means of infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and gas chromatography. It was found that the oxygen in the air was involved in the reaction during irradiation to form peroxide, and the existence forms of several peroxides produced by SDB irradiation were deduced and studied.
