以1Cr13丝材的喷涂涂层为例,建立了喷涂角度、喷涂电流、喷涂距离和气源压力对涂层孔隙率的非线性映射的T-S模糊辨识模型。在本实验范围内,用该模型对实测数据进行了验证,误差为-8%~8%。利用所建的模糊辨识结果,分析了喷涂工艺参数对涂层孔隙率的影响规律,并获得了涂层孔隙率2.34%的最佳喷涂工艺参数,表明所建T-S模糊模型具有较好的学习和泛化能力。
Taking the coating of 1Cr13 wire as an example, a T-S fuzzy identification model was established for the nonlinear mapping of coating porosity by spraying angle, spraying current, spraying distance and air pressure. In the scope of this experiment, the model was used to verify the measured data, the error is -8% ~ 8%. Based on the fuzzy recognition results, the influence of spraying process parameters on the porosity of the coating was analyzed and the optimum spraying process parameters of the coating porosity of 2.34% were obtained. The results show that the TS fuzzy model has better learning and Generalization.
