马兰矿是个年设计能力400万t的大型现代化矿井。投产伊始,面临的是设备相对先进,人员素质差异较大,工艺复杂的现状。为了切实搞好培训任务,我们把主要精力放在了矿山急需和具有长效的培训工作上。 首先,我们根据煤炭工业生产的特点,把培训的侧重点放在井下。据统计,仅1991~1995年就有井下一、二线的13000多人次参加过岗位安全技术等培训,使井下的培训人员每年都保持在培训总人数的80%左右。
Malan Mine is a large modern mine with a design capacity of 4 million tons. At the beginning of production, it is faced with the relatively advanced equipment, large differences in personnel quality, and the status quo of complex processes. In order to do a good job in training tasks, we have focused our efforts on the urgent need for mines and long-term training. First of all, according to the characteristics of the coal industry, we focus our training on the downhole. According to statistics, only from 1991 to 1995, more than 13,000 people from the next- and second-tier mines have participated in job safety and other training, so that the underground training personnel maintain about 80% of the total number of trainees each year.
