本文在简单介绍了生存分析中截断数据的种类和处理内容的基础上,着重介绍了截断数据处理中常用的寿命表方法、Kaplan-Meier 估计法和 Turnbull 估计法等非参数方法以及适用于不同类型截断数据似然函数构造的参数方法。在条件允许情况下,应尽量推广和发展参数方法,因为它比非参数方法更能充分地利用资料信息。
This paper briefly introduces the types of truncated data in the survival analysis and the content of processing. It focuses on the non-parametric methods commonly used in truncated data processing such as the life table method, Kaplan-Meier estimation method and Turnbull estimation method, and applicable to different types. Truncate the parameter method of data likelihood function construction. Where conditions permit, the parameter method should be promoted and developed as much as possible, because it can make full use of data information more than non-parametric methods.
