文章合成了Keggin结构锰取代杂多钨硅酸盐四丁基溴化胺电荷转移配合物,用元素分析、UV、TG-DTG等方法对其进行了表征。结果显示该化合物仍保持杂多阴离子的Keggin结构的基本特征。用TG-DTG的方法研究了α-(TBA)4H2[SiW11Mn(H2O)O39].14H2O的热解机理和动力学,采用了Doyle方程和Coats-Redfern方程对非等温动力学数据进行了分析,得到了热分解反应的机理函数,动力学参数以及分解反应的活化能E和lnA。
In this paper, the charge-transfer complex of Mn-substituted heteropolytungstosilicate tetrabutylammonium bromide with Keggin structure was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, TG-DTG and so on. The results show that the compound still retains the basic characteristics of heteropolyankene Keggin structure. The pyrolysis mechanism and kinetics of α- (TBA) 4H2 [SiW11Mn (H2O) O39] .14H2O were studied by TG-DTG method. The non-isothermal kinetics data were analyzed by Doyle equation and Coats-Redfern equation. The mechanism function, kinetic parameters and activation energy E and lnA of the decomposition reaction were obtained.
