近些年来,随着经济的快速发展,我国的建筑行业的发展也跟着突飞猛进,施工企业越来越多。但是,这些兴起的企业存在着很多问题,最突出的就是人力资源的有效管理问题,要想解决目前我国施工企业所遇到的各种问题,就要从构建人力资源的绩效考核体系做起,人力是施工企业的基础。只有构建一个好的绩效考核体系,抓住每一位企业员工的心,将员工团结在一起,才能使企业得到更好的发展。本文对施工企业的人力资源的特点进行了分析,说明了施工企业构建人力资源绩效考核体系的作用和原则,最后对人力资源绩效考核体系的内容进行了梳理。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the development of China’s construction industry has also been followed by rapid progress, more and more construction companies. However, there are many problems in these emerging enterprises. The most prominent one is the effective management of human resources. In order to solve various problems encountered by construction enterprises in our country, we should start from the performance appraisal system of human resources construction, Manpower is the foundation of construction enterprises. Only to build a good performance appraisal system, to seize the heart of every employee, employees together, in order to enable enterprises to get better development. This paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources in construction enterprises, explains the role and principles of construction enterprises in building human resources performance appraisal system, and finally sorts out the content of human resources performance appraisal system.
