协同创新的主要目的就要产生协同效应,提升协同创新的绩效,研究表明协同创新应该沿着资源整合和主体互动两个维度展开。在文献回顾的基础上,提出了创新资源整合、团队互动和协同创新绩效之间关系的假设模型,通过211个团队的问卷调查对该模型进行了验证。研究结果表明:资源整合本身就是一种创新,可以直接有效地促进协同创新的绩效;另外,创新资源整合也通过团队互动间接对协同创新绩效产生影响,团队互动是两者之间的有效的过程变量。
The main purpose of collaborative innovation is to produce synergies and improve the performance of synergetic innovations. Research shows that synergetic innovation should proceed along two dimensions of resource integration and interaction. Based on the literature review, a hypothetical model of the relationship between innovation resource integration, team interaction and collaborative innovation performance was proposed. The model was verified by a questionnaire survey of 211 teams. The results show that resource integration is an innovation in itself, which can directly and effectively promote the performance of collaborative innovation. In addition, innovation resource integration also has an indirect impact on collaborative innovation performance through team interaction. Team interaction is an effective process between the two variable.
