用S江冬夏两季的江水有机提取物分别做NIH3T3细胞转化试验。结果表明:江水有机提取物各剂量组均能诱发该细胞出现典型的细胞转化灶,其细胞转化率呈现剂量—反应关系。转化细胞的恶性表现是生长失去接触性抑制并能在软琼脂内生长。进一步提示了S江有机污染有潜在的致癌危险性。
The NIH3T3 cell transformation experiments were performed with the organic extracts from rivers in the winter and summer. The results showed that: The organic extracts of river water can induce typical cell transformation foci in each dose of the organic extract, and the cell conversion rate showed a dose-response relationship. The malignant appearance of transformed cells is that growth loses contact inhibition and can grow in soft agar. It further suggests that the organic pollution of the S River has potential carcinogenic risk.
