以上海轨道交通某盾构法施工区间中盾构姿态控制为例,介绍了盾构姿态控制的技术要求,分析了始发架、土体、管片姿态、注浆等对盾构姿态控制的影响,并建立数学模型量化分析了盾构姿态对管片姿态的影响,说明盾构姿态和管片姿态是相辅相成,互相影响。
Taking the shield attitude control in the construction of a shield tunneling method in Shanghai Metro as an example, the technical requirements of the shield attitude control are introduced, and the attitude control of the shield is analyzed. Influence, and established mathematical model to quantitatively analyze the influence of the shield posture on the slice attitude, which shows that the shield posture and the slice posture are mutually reinforcing and influence each other.
