嘌呤受体(purinergic receptor)根据配体的不同分为腺苷受体(P1受体)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)受体(P2受体)。P2受体在心血管系统广泛分布,在调节血管张力,介导动脉粥样硬化,心肌缺血预适应,维持心肌舒缩功能和凝血功能中起着重要作用。
Purinergic receptors are classified into adenosine receptor (P1 receptor) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP receptor) (P2 receptor) according to the ligands. P2 receptors are widely distributed in the cardiovascular system and play an important role in regulating vascular tone, mediating atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemic preconditioning, maintaining myocardial systolic and diastolic function, and coagulation function.
