当前困难企业下岗职工有不少在民营企业实现了再就业,也有不少从事个体经营;许多单位通过改制生成了新的单位,职工与原单位的劳动关系发生变化。因种种原因,这些职工的社会保险关系无法续接。他们一方面不愿意与原单位解除劳动合同,另一方面,又有着强烈的续保愿望。下文就困难企业职工暂时搁置劳动关系后如何续接社会保险问题,进行了探讨。
At present, many laid-off workers from enterprises have achieved re-employment in private-owned enterprises and many have engaged in self-employment. Many units have created new units through restructuring and the labor relations between the workers and the former units have changed. Due to various reasons, the social insurance of these workers can not be renewed. On the one hand, they are reluctant to terminate the labor contract with the former unit; on the other hand, they also have a strong desire for renewal. The following is a discussion on how to renew the social insurance after the temporary suspension of labor relations by employees in difficult enterprises.
