青年引领文化,文化成就青年,青年应当成为企业文化建设的主力军。青年员工是企业员工中最具活力和生命力的一个重要群体。青年员工在企业文化建设问题上的认同感、积极度、参与度与企业文化建设的成败有着直接的关系。因此,企业共青团组织应充分发挥组织的凝聚力和感召力,担负起带领青年建设一个积极向上的企业文化氛围的使命。
