一种小巧、精致而又为临床所急需的胃内手术器械和高频胃息肉圈套器已由上海手术器械七厂研制成功。这些手术器械的研制成功,推动了纤维光学内窥镜直视下外科手术的蓬勃开展。我国在七十年代试制成功纤维光学内窥镜后,因缺乏内窥镜直视下手术器械,只能用于诊查肠胃等脏器的组织形态。上海手术器械七厂研制成功的胃内手术器械包括微型手术剪、带针活检钳、爪钳及网兜。这套手术器械和高频胃息肉圈套器都可通过长达一米多、直径仅为2~4毫米的纤维光学内窥镜钳孔,进入食道、胃、肠或胆道等
