鞘脂类分子不仅是真核细胞的基本结构组分,亦具有重要的生物学活性,是近年来生物学研究领域的重大发现,其中神经酰胺和1-磷酸鞘氨醇等已得到广泛关注。二氢神经酰胺是鞘脂从头合成的中间产物,一直被认为是无生物活性的鞘脂,但随着分子生物学等研究技术的进步以及二氢神经酰胺去饱和酶抑制剂的发现,越来越多的证据显示二氢神经酰胺亦具有生物学活性,参与多种重要的生理病理过程,如凋亡、自噬及细胞周期阻滞等。本文就二氢神经酰胺的代谢、其关键代谢酶及生物学活性进展等进行综述。
Sphingolipids are not only the basic structural components of eukaryotic cells, but also have important biological activity. They are the major discoveries in the field of biology in recent years. Dihydro ceramide is an intermediate product of de novo synthesis of sphingolipids and has long been considered as biologically inactive sphingolipids. However, with advances in research techniques such as molecular biology and the discovery of di-ceramide desaturase inhibitors, more and more The more evidence that dihydro ceramide is also biologically active, involved in a variety of important physiological and pathological processes, such as apoptosis, autophagy and cell cycle arrest. This review summarizes the metabolism of dihydroceramide, its key metabolic enzymes and the biological activity.
