静电涂油是国际上近几年才出现的新方法。武汉钢铁学院机械系经过理论探讨和试验研究,已于1989年5月研制成功静电涂油机的关键部件——喷油刀梁,并用新开发的喷油刀梁及供油系统配用现成的国产高压静电电源,成功地完成了钢板表面涂防锈油试验。 1.静电涂油机的组成及基本原理 静电涂油机由高压静电电源、密封式喷油室、供油系统、电控系统及操作台组成。喷油室内装有上、下喷油刀梁,钢板(带)在相距很远的两刀梁之间自由通过。当高压静电电源输出直流小电流高电压,加在喷油刀梁与钢板(带)之间时,高压静电场使空气产生电晕放电,并使油液带电,从而形成薄纸状油雾,连续均匀地喷涂在钢板两面。喷油量可随机组(即钢板)运行速度和要求的涂膜厚度自动调节。
