自幼儿园课程改革以来,教育界对幼儿教师的专业发展水平要求越来越高,然而园本教研活动作为提高幼儿教师专业发展能力的一种有效途径,很多幼儿园在园本教研活动实践过程中取得了一定的成效,丰富了经验。但是目前幼儿园在园本教研活动开展过程中还存在着很多问题,比如说园本教研制度不够完善,没有得到落实;园本教研活动过程中幼儿教师缺乏参与积极性;园本教研活动的主题与教学实践相脱节等。因此要想提高园本教研活动的有效性,幼儿园园本教研活动应以提高幼儿教师专业发展为目的,完善园本教研制度,营造舒适平等的园本教研活动氛围,加强幼儿教师的理论学习。
