布比卡因盐酸盐(bupivacaine hydrochloride)是一酰胺型长效局部麻醉药。国外于1957年合成,1963年开始应用于临床,国内已由上海第二制药厂合成原料.我厂用该厂原料研制成注射剂,命名为布比卡因注射液,有0.25、0.5、0.75%3种浓度,均装于5ml安瓿。据文献报道,本品麻醉效能比利多卡因强4倍,麻醉时间可持续5小时或更长,具有良好术后镇痛作用;本品不易进入胎儿血液,母体的血药浓度约为胎儿的4倍,故对产妇尤其适用;对循环、呼吸系统影响较小,对组织无刺激,不产生高铁血红蛋白,无明显快速耐药性。
Bupivacaine hydrochloride is an amide long-acting local anesthetic. It was synthesized in 1957 in foreign countries and applied to clinical medicine in 1963.
