从武汉珞珈山土壤中分离到1株稀有放线菌C983,无气生菌丝,在营养菌丝上形成球形、亚球形或梨形孢囊,5~10×10~15μm。孢囊孢子球形或亚球形,带极丛生鞭毛,能运动。营养菌丝和可溶性色素为橙红至葱紫色,具pH指示性:酸性橙红色,碱性变紫色。细胞壁Ⅱ型,糖型D。磷酸类脂P-Ⅱ型,DNA中G+C克分子含量为69.9%。产生新的抗肿瘤抗生素1,8-二羟基蒽醌和1.4,8-三羟基蒽醌.基于以上形态、培养和化学分类特征的研究以及抗生素性质,认为C983菌株是游动放线菌属中的一个新种,命名为珞珈山游动放线菌Actinoplanesluojiashanensisn.sp.
A strain of rare actinomycete C983 was isolated from the soil of Luojia Mountain in Wuhan. The aerial mycelium was absent, and spherical, spheroidal or pyramidal cysts were formed on the mycelium of the nutrient, 5 ~ 10 × 10 ~ 15μm. Cystic spores spherical or subglobose, with very thick flagella, can exercise. Nutritious mycelium and soluble pigment is orange red to green onion, with pH indicator: acidic orange red, alkaline purple. Cell wall type Ⅱ, type D Phospholipid P-Ⅱ type, DNA G + C content of 69.9%. New antitumor antibiotics, 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone and 1.4,8-trihydroxyanthraquinone, were generated. Based on the above morphological, cultural and chemical classification characteristics and antibiotic properties, C983 strain is considered to be a new species of Actinoplanes, named Actinoplanesluojiashanensisn. sp.
