采用机械化学法制备原生磷肥,探索了机械研磨过程中的介质球径、转数及研磨时间三个因素对磷矿活化效果的影响。结果表明采用钢球球径为15 mm、转数为1500 r min-1时活化效果最佳。磷矿粉有效磷含量则随机械活化时间的增加呈先增加后平稳的趋势,宜昌、雷波、黄麦岭、矾山磷矿分别在机械活化30 min、36 min、27~30 min、28 min时活化效果最佳,有效磷含量达到11.8%、10.5%、12.3%、7.9%。综合来看,沉积型和变质型磷矿的机械活化效果较好。
The use of mechanochemical method for the preparation of native phosphate fertilizer, explored the mechanical milling process of the ball diameter, number of revolutions and grinding time of three factors on the activation of phosphate rock. The results show that the optimum activation is obtained when the ball diameter is 15 mm and the number of revolutions is 1500 r min-1.
