In the skeletal muscle denervation, the endplate morphological degeneration, cholinesterase activity decreased rapidly. While Miledi (1962) cultured rat diaphragm for 5 and 6 days by organ culture, it was observed that there was still cholinesterase activity on the terminal plate while the sensitivity to acetylcholine outside the muscle fibers was increased. Peterson and Crain (1972) cultured rodent adult skeletal muscle fiber stump 2-3 months, the end of the plate was also observed significant cholinesterase activity. However, these data are not consciously associated with in vivo normal end plate enzyme activity or de-god
