沥青混合料离析会严重影响沥青路面质量均匀性,为了定量分析与评价沥青混合料离析情况,本文在室内设计了重度、中度、轻度、细集料和无离析5种离析程度不同的沥青混合料,分别测定其高温稳定性、水稳定性、表面特征系数和体积参数,根据发生级配离析的沥青混合料的路用性能变异情况,建立了基于体积指标的沥青路面离析判定标准.结果表明:离析对于混合料性能变异影响显著,与无离析混合料对比,当混合料发生细集料离析时,动稳定度和空隙率显著下降,残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比和沥青饱和度分别提高;当混合料发生重度离析时,动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂比和沥青饱和度分别下降,而空隙率有一定程度提高;基于体积参数指标的沥青混合料非均匀性标准可用于指导沥青混合料离析的定量分析和评价,进而判定沥青路面发生离析的可能性.
Asphalt segregation will seriously affect the quality uniformity of asphalt pavement. In order to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the segregation of asphalt mixture, five kinds of asphalt with different degrees of segregation of heavy, medium, light, fine aggregate and no segregation were designed in this paper. The stability and stability of water, the surface characteristic coefficient and the volume parameter of the asphalt mixture were determined respectively, and the judgment criteria of asphalt pavement segregation based on the volume index were established according to the variation of the road performance of asphalt mixture.Results The results show that the segregation has a significant effect on the performance variation of the mixture. Compared with the non-segregation mixture, the dynamic stability and voidage decrease significantly when the mixture is segregated.
