探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laser in situ keratom ileusis, L A S I K) 术中激光切削中心的定位方法、偏移程度、影响因素及其矫正。对照组 233 眼, 以入射瞳中心作为切削中心; 处理组331 眼, 以入射瞳中心的颞、下方各 03m m 处为切削中心。术后行角膜地形图检查。术后3 个月, 激光切削中心偏移量在对照组平均为 058m m , 721% 偏向鼻上方; 处理组平均为 039m m , 各方向所占比例之差别明显缩小; 偏移量< 05m m 者, 对照组为 300% , 处理组为 710% , 组间差异均有显著意义 ( P< 001)。表明在 L A S I K 术中对固视光的特殊定位处理可明显减轻激光切削中心的偏移。本文还观测了偏心量对最佳矫正视力的影响。
To investigate the laser cutting center positioning method, offset degree, influential factors and correction in laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). The control group of 233 eyes, the center of the entrance pupil as the cutting center; treatment group 331 eyes, the entrance pupil center of the temporal, the bottom of the 0.3 m m at the cutting center. Corneal topography examination. At 3 months after operation, the laser cutting center offset was 0.58 m m in average in the control group and 72.1% in the upper part of the nose. The average value of the treatment group was 039 m m, and the differences among all directions were significantly reduced. The amount of shift <0 5m m, the control group was 30 0%, the treatment group was 71 0%, between groups were significant differences (P <0 01). Show that the special treatment of fixation light in LASIK surgery can significantly reduce the laser cutting center offset. This article also observed the eccentricity of the best corrected visual acuity.
