汶河流域目前已建的大中小型水库共 70 6座 ,总库容 1 4.9亿m3,其中兴利库容 9.7亿m3。通过对水库工程实际拦蓄洪量、不同典型设计暴雨情况下水库工程拦蓄洪量、不同时期暴雨洪水关系等方面进行分析研究 ,认为水库工程对汶河的中常洪水有一定影响 ,对大洪水影响不明显。对 1 0~ 5 0年一遇洪水 ,水库工程对设计年最大 5日洪量的影响量为 1 .0亿m3,对设计年最大 1 2日洪量的影响量为 1 .5亿m3;对 5 0年一遇及其以上洪水 ,水库工程对设计年最大 5日洪量的影响量为 1 .5亿m3,对设计年最大 1 2日洪量的影响量为 2 .0亿m3;汶河流域水库工程对洪水影响的可能最大影响量为 4亿m3。
At present, there are 70 large, small and medium sized reservoirs in the Wenhe River Basin, with a total storage capacity of 1 490 million m3, of which 970 million m3 are for Xingli reservoir. Based on the analysis of actual interception flood volume of reservoirs, stormwater storage under different typical designed storm conditions, and the relationship between storm floods and floods in different periods, it is concluded that the reservoir project has some influence on the Wenchuan’s moderate flood and the impact on the major floods is not obvious. For a flood of 10 to 50 years, the impact of reservoir engineering on the maximum flood volume on the 5th design day is 100 million m3, and the impact on the maximum flood volume on the 12th design year is 155 million m3. The impact of reservoir engineering on the maximum flood volume on the 5th of the design year is 150 million m3, and the impact on the maximum flood volume of 12 days on the design year is 200 million m3. In the Wenhe River Basin Reservoir The likely maximum impact of the project on floods is 400 million m3.
