为检测正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌组织中野生型雌激素受体α不同mRNA突变体ERC_4、ERD_3、ERD_5mRNA的表达,采用巢式逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测技术,对18例乳腺癌患者正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌组织中野生型雌激素受体α不同mRNA突变体进行检测。结果:在ER阳性/PR阳性组中,ERC_4mRNA在肿瘤组织中的表达比正常组织中明显增高;在肿瘤组织中,ERD_3mRNA的表达比相邻的正常组织中的表达有降低的倾向,但仅在ER阳性组中有统计学显著性差异;乳腺癌组织中ERD5mRNA的表达比相应的正常乳腺组织显著升高;在乳腺癌的发生过程中,ERα突变体mRNA的表达失控。
