目的了解市售鸡蛋壳表面、内容物中沙门氏菌的污染情况及分离菌株的血清型分布与耐药性。方法采用沙门氏菌常规检测法并结合PCR技术,对采自合肥市农贸市场、超市的100枚鸡蛋进行检测;利用国标法和K-B纸片法对分离株进行血清型鉴定和抗生素药物敏感试验。结果蛋壳表面沙门氏菌检出率为10%(10/100),蛋内容物沙门氏菌检出率为1%(1/100);11株沙门氏菌分离株血清型均为鸭沙门氏菌;14种抗生素药物敏感试验中,对青霉素100%耐受,链霉素18.2%耐药,36.4%中等耐药率,其余抗生素均敏感。结论合肥市售鸡蛋壳表面的沙门氏菌检出率高于蛋内容物,抗生素选择压力导致不同地区沙门氏菌分离株的血清型和耐药性有所不同。
Objective To investigate the contamination of Salmonella in the surface of eggshell and the contents of serotypes and drug resistance of the isolated strains. Methods 100 eggs collected from farmers’ markets and supermarkets in Hefei were detected by routine test of Salmonella together with PCR. The serotypes and antibiotic susceptibility tests of the isolates were tested by using national standard method and K-B disc method. Results The detection rate of Salmonella on eggshell surface was 10% (10/100), and the detection rate of Salmonella in egg contents was 1% (1/100). The isolates of Salmonella isolated from 11 strains were all Salmonella typhimurium; 14 antibiotics were sensitive In the test, 100% tolerance to penicillin, 18.2% streptomycin resistance, 36.4% moderate resistance rate, the remaining antibiotics are sensitive. Conclusion The detection rate of Salmonella on eggshell surface of Hefei is higher than that of egg contents. The pressure of antibiotic selection leads to different serotypes and drug resistance of Salmonella isolates in different areas.
