目的观察运用微信平台对抑郁症出院患者进行延续护理的效果。方法 2015年1—12月该院出院的中重度抑郁症患者82例,按出院时间排序分为观察组40例与对照组42例。对照组给予常规出院指导与康复指导。观察组在对照组基础上运用微信平台进行延续护理干预,比较两组干预前后抑郁程度、服药依从性、满意度。结果观察组干预后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分低于对照组,服药依从性评分高于对照组;观察组总体满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(73.8%),除HAMD-17评分外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用微信平台对抑郁症出院患者行延续护理的效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of using the WeChat platform to continue the nursing care of the discharged patients with depression. Methods From January to December in 2015, 82 patients with moderate-severe depression who were discharged from hospital were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to discharge time. The control group was given routine discharge guidance and rehabilitation guidance. On the basis of the control group, the observation group used the WeChat platform for continuous nursing intervention. The degree of depression, medication compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the compliance scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The overall satisfaction (97.5%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.8% -17 score, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The WeChat platform is satisfactory for the follow-up care of patients discharged from depression.
