在对从高等植物分离而得的抗肿瘤活性物质进行探索的过程中,对由中药紫苑(Aster tataricus)分离到的五元环肽Astin类化合物进行了结构解析及抗肿瘤活性试验。 结果:将紫苑10kg用甲醇提取后按常规分离,分别得到二氯甲烷、正丁醇、水提取部分。由于对肉瘤180A的抗肿瘤活性集中在正丁醇组分中,因此以这种活性为指标,对其成分进行了深入探讨,分离到数种五元环肽,
In the process of exploring anti-tumor active substances isolated from higher plants, structural analysis and anti-tumor activities of five-membered cyclic peptide Astin compounds isolated from Aster tataricus were performed. Results: Aster 10kg was extracted with methanol and separated conventionally to give dichloromethane, n-butanol, and water extraction fractions, respectively. Since the anti-tumor activity of sarcoma 180A is concentrated in the n-butanol component, this activity was used as an index to conduct in-depth exploration of its components, and several five-membered cyclic peptides were isolated.
