建筑结构的平、立面是否规则,对结构的抗震性能具有重要的影响,也是结构方案首先遇到的问题。本文讨论了广西南宁某平面不规则高层建筑的方案设计与结构选型,从结构平、立面和扭转规则性,以及位移限值等方面展开论述,对比分析两个方案的优劣,并简要阐述了针对超限的处理措施和构造保证。
Whether the flat and the façade of the building structure are regular has an important influence on the seismic performance of the structure and is also the first problem that the structural solution encounters.
