通过对北京体育大学教育学院散打专项教学课的调查,旨在总结并探索教育学院散打专项训练课的规律和要点。研究表明:目前,学生对散打训练课教学感到满意,但缺乏针对性的教学大纲和教材;现行的对于教育学院散打课程成绩考核方法,不太适应目前教育学院的现状;教学内容基本合理,但教学时数不够;防身自卫是专项训练课学生的第一动机;“没有目标和动力”及“缺少参加比赛的机会”是影响学生训练兴趣的首要因素。
Through the investigation of special teaching course of Sanda School of Education in Beijing Sport University, the article aims to summarize and explore the rules and main points of Sanda Training Course of Education College. The research shows that at present, students are satisfied with the teaching of Sanda training, but lack of targeted teaching syllabus and teaching materials. The current evaluation methods of Sanda course performance do not fit well with the current situation of education institute. The contents of teaching are basically reasonable, Teaching hours is not enough; self-defense is the first motivation of students in special training courses; “lack of goals and motivation” and “lack of opportunities to participate in competitions” are the primary factors affecting student training interest.
