描述了电力系统事故处理专家系统工具的设计过程,提出了将电网拓扑数据库与知识库分离、将事故处理知识分为一般知识和特殊知识的设计思想,介绍了模块化的事故处理推理机的结构。另外,还提出了用于事故处理的电网结构知识的通用表示方法及基于广度优先搜索技术的分区域电网解列判断方法。基于这种思想开发的电力系统事故处理专家系统工具可以方便地开发电力系统事故处理专家系统。
Describes the design process of power system accident management expert system tools, puts forward the design idea of separating the topology database of the power grid from the knowledge base, dividing the knowledge of accident management into general knowledge and special knowledge, and introduces the structure of the modular accident handling inference engine . In addition, a general representation of grid structure knowledge for incident handling and a method of regional grid disaggregation judgment based on breadth-first search technology are also proposed. Based on this idea, the expert system tools of power system accident processing developed can be used to develop the expert system of power system accident processing conveniently.
