本文通过大量现场试验、测量烧制后胎体中金刚石剩余强度和SEM观察表面形貌特征等方法,研究了微蒸发镀Ti或Ti-Cr合金对工具烧制过程中金刚石的保护作用。结果证明,经微蒸发镀附表面的金刚石在烧制后剩余强度方面比未镀的高出很多,成为延长工具使用寿命的重要原因。
In this paper, a large number of field tests were conducted to measure the residual strength of diamond after firing and SEM surface morphology. The protective effect of micro-evaporated Ti or Ti-Cr alloy on diamond during tool firing was studied. The results show that the micro-evaporated surface of the diamond plating in the firing of the remaining strength is much higher than the uncoated, become an important reason to extend tool life.
