采用Thermecmastor-Z实验系统对75Cr1钢进行了单道次热压缩实验,研究了不同变形速率和不同变形温度下钢的动态再结晶行为。结果表明:75Cr1钢的动态再结晶行为在较高温度和较低应变速率下更容易发生。根据流变应力、应变速率和变形温度的相关性,得到的75Cr1钢在950~1150℃的变形激活能和应变指数分别为388.862 k J/mol和5.3。由此建立了动态再结晶峰值应变、稳态应变和临界应变模型。
The single-pass hot compression test of 75Cr1 steel was carried out by using the Thermecmastor-Z experimental system. The dynamic recrystallization behavior of the steel at different deformation rates and different deformation temperatures was studied. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization behavior of 75Cr1 steel is more likely to occur at higher temperatures and lower strain rates. According to the correlation between the flow stress, strain rate and deformation temperature, the deformation activation energy and strain index of the obtained 75Cr1 steel at 950 ~ 1150 ℃ are 388.862 kJ / mol and 5.3, respectively. Thus, the dynamic recrystallization peak strain, steady strain and critical strain model are established.
